Ron Davis Álvarez explores how music can rebuild trust, strengthen identity and create resilient communities shaped by migration and conflict. Drawing on Dream Orchestra and Side by Side, his talk connects listening, shared leadership, discipline, precision, empathy and purpose with stronger teams in education, business, healthcare, technology and public service.

Thomas Thorsen contributes research on the significance of students’ encounters with professional live music in schools, as part of Når musikken spiller – Fase II (When the Music Starts Playing – Phase II), running from 2026 to 2029.

Mikkel Snorre Boysen presents research asking how concerts, educational materials and classroom activities influence students’ community, belonging, Bildung, aesthetic experience and cultural formation. The project is a partnership between LMS, SDU and university colleges Absalon, VIA and UCN.

Édouard Signolet leads artistic work at La Clef des chants, a centre for lyric decentralisation in Hauts-de-France. Trained in modern literature, acting and stage direction, his work spans opera, music theatre and spoken theatre, with productions at the Philharmonie de Paris, Opéra de Massy, Théâtre de l’Athénée and Comédie Française and collaborations with major ensembles. His writing and directing includes original works and adaptations from Wagner to fairy tales, with texts published by L’Arche and Universal-Casa Ricordi.

Born in Istanbul in 1984, Ceren Oran studied contemporary dance and choreography at SEAD Salzburg and has worked freelance since 2010. Based in Munich since 2015, she founded Ceren Oran & Moving Borders with producer Karolina Hejnova. Her accessible work spans young audiences, public space and durational performance; her company tours internationally and she received the 2025 FAUST Theatre Award for direction for young audiences.
